Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] and mention your order number and item(s) you would like to return.
Please note that returns can only be sent after you have received a return shipping label from us and the package always needs to be sent to the following address: Platijn 13, 1730 Asse, Belgium

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (free of charge), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, this includes costs that you have made yourself to do the return will not be covered in this case.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order amount and free shipping
If you like to return an item from an order where free shipping was applied, but do not fall under the free shipping conditions anymore due to the return, we have the right to subtract a fee to cover the shipping cost of your original order.
This fee will be the lowest amount of shipping methods available on our checkout page for your address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].

If your return was not accepted we will notify you of this by email with the reason why.
If the item is not received in the same condition as it was send to you, we have the right to subtract a fee as the product cannot be re-sold at full price.
If items are returned to us that did not come from our store in the first place, these will not be handled.
