Processing
The items are shipped from Belgium. We try to ship within 1 business day of receiving payment, but it may take longer depending on the number of orders we receive in one day.
Shipping Days
Orders placed during weekends and national holidays in Belgium will be shipped on the first following business day.
Order Pick-Up
If you selected to pick up your order at our premises we will reach out to you on WhatsApp or email to make an appointment.
Delivery Time
Once a package has been handed over to the respective transportation company it usually takes between 24-48 hours to deliver the package to you or a pick-up point for countries close to Belgium.
Other countries could take between 2 and 7 business days.
Do take into account that during peak seasons transportation companies can have a delay, which is out of our control.
Pre-orders
Occasionally we will have products in pre-order available.
This is always clearly mentioned in the title of the article and in the description on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items will not be shipped until all items are available.
Combine shipping
If you have placed a new order before your previous order has been shipped, contact us by email ([email protected]) or by WhatsApp (+32493846244) and mention both order numbers for us to be able to combine these shipments together.
The shipping costs will be re-evaluated and if needed credited back.
Address changes
If you would like to change the shipping address of your existing order(s), please contact us by email ([email protected]) or WhatsApp (+32493846244) with the order number and your new address details.
We cannot make changes to an order that has already been shipped.
